The total costs will be based on the
amount of players per room and the amount of days that your team is
spending at our quality hotels such as the Comfort Inn, Holiday Inn,
Hampton Inn, Days Inn and others. We will have special rates for
parents at all team hotels. Florida teams are welcome to join us for
these events. The cost per game is $250 and includes: baseballs,
umpires, water in dugouts, trainer, and infield/outfield and batting
practice on the field at our college facilities. ALL games are played
on college fields – no high school or recreation complexes.

deposit of 25 percent is expected by November 30, 2008, in order to
guarantee participation in a World Baseball Federation event. Monies
are accepted after the deadline based on availability. Team must use
WBF hotels.
